fifa apologizes, will fix problem.

In a surprisingly early press conference regarding the disputes of a false goal and a missed off-sides call by World Cup and FIFA officials, present of FIFA, Sepp Blatter, called together a press conference regarding the issue. Blatter first apologized to the English and Mexican teams - who both accepted the apology - for the incorrect calls during their matches in the Round of 16 play of 2010's World Cup. To me, as a soccer fan, and no where near the ability of an official, these calls were still blatantly obvious, especially Frank Lampard's goal against Brazil. He also stated that during July's meeting in Wales with the International Football Association, the ordeal would be presented in hopes that FIFA and all international soccer will incorporate the use of goal-line technology in order to prove or disprove any questionable goals. However, as of now, there will be no incorporation of instant replay technology to mandate other soccer rules.
